Shipping & Delivery
Australian Eco Print offers free delivery on all purchases over $95 to Australian metropolitan areas, for any purchase made below $95 a delivery charge of $7.95 is applicable per order. Country areas and Regional Town deliveries incur a delivery charge of $12.95 for any purchase made below $95.
Deliveries to a Post Office Box incur a surcharge of $9.95 which will be added to the invoiced amount, as Australian Eco Print are no longer unable to absorb this extra cost to our business.
We supply and ship our products Australia wide, please contact us if you would like to discuss our national or international shipping further.
Deliveries will be made on the same day in all Australian major capital cities where possible, alternatively next day delivery will apply. Orders must be received and processed by 2pm EST for same or next day delivery. Country areas please allow 2 days delivery. Please note that dispatch and delivery times may vary during national public holidays. For full details of our delivery service, please e-mail our Customer Service Team.
Acceptance Of Delivery
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Australian Eco Print be authorised to receive the products.
Unfortunately Australian Eco Print are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address, we recommend nominating a work address or alternatively an address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Australian Eco Print’s courier will leave a card. You will need to contact them directly to make alternative delivery arrangements, if a re-delivery is needed a charge may apply, generally the courier will provide one re-delivery attempt at no extra cost. Any re-delivery fee charged is payable by the customer.
Returns & Replacements
To return a product, you must first contact us within 7 days to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without an Australian Eco Print RA number, which is valid for fourteen days. When posting the cartridges back to us, the RA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address), or goods will be returned upon arrival.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in ‘as new; condition otherwise credit will be rejected. Items must be packaged in their original product packaging. We are unable to credit any returns without the original undamaged product packaging. Please use a different box for shipping so the original box is not marked with courier stickers, tape, tags or packing labels.
All incorrectly ordered goods returned to Australian Eco Print will incur a 20% restocking fee.
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in ‘as new’ condition otherwise credit will be rejected.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to Australian Eco Print and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.
There are many occasions where both toners and ink cartridges are found not to be faulty. Please ensure you have performed your printer recommended cleaning procedures before returning any goods to us.As a rule we do not give credits/refund for returns where the goods are over 90 days old from the invoice date. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
There is a manufacturers prerequisite that laser or copier returns must have a printed page from the cartridge in question returned with the cartridge. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these.
If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
All cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. This could take up to 60 days for Genuine Cartridges and 7 days for Compatible Cartridges.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to Australian Eco Print and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.
